Turning the Printer On and Off
You can turn the printer on and off from the Printer Properties dialog box.
The Auto Power On/Off capability of the printer driver also allows you to turn the printer off
when no data is sent to the printer for a certain period of time, or turn the printer back on
again when data is sent to the printer.
Turning the printer off
Open the Printer Properties dialog

box, then click the Maintenance tab.
Click the Power-off icon.

When a confirmation message

appears, click the OK button.
The printer is turned off.
Note
The next time you turn on the printer, press the POWER button of the
printer.
