You can save multiple print modes to a single file.
Opening an original print mode that was saved as a file
Open the Printer Properties dialog box, then click the Advanced button.

Click the Save tab.

Click the Open button. This displays the Open File dialog box.

Select the drive name and folder name in the Directory box.

Select the file in which the original print mode was saved in the File Name

box.
Select the icon you wish to open in the Icon Selection box.

Click the OK button. The original print mode you opened in the printer driver

is displayed in the Saved Settings box.
Deleting an unnecessary print mode
Open the Printer Properties dialog box, then click the Advanced button on

the Main tab.
Click the Save tab.

Select the icon you wish to delete in the Saved Settings box.
