What You Can Do with This Machine (Send Basic Features Screen)
The following is an explanation of functions commonly
used when sending a fax or when sending a document
to a computer.

Select the destination you want to delete, and press [Erase].

You need to register destinations in the
address book beforehand. This can be
done through Address Book Settings
from the Additional Functions screen.

To send fine text clearly, select [Super
Fine] or [Ultra Fine] for the resolution.
To send faxes which include photos
clearly, select [Photo] Mode for the
Image Quality.
The time it takes to send a fax may
increase according to the selected
resolution and Image Quality.

To Send Documents Specifying the File Format
You can specify the file format from among TIFF, JPEG, PDF and PDF (Compact), when
sending for I-Fax, E-mail or File.

under the same condition as before.
