DFS360 | User Manual Over Heat Warning and Function Protection 5.3.1 AP Display Status When the heat within the DFS360 / DFS360D is too high, the test functions will pause until the temperature drops. High temperature Figure 26: High-Temperature Alert When the temperature in the DFS360 / DFS360D is under control, the Start button will be unlocked.
5.3.3 Fan Behavior When the temperature in the DFS360 / DFS360D is too high, the fan in the DFS360 / DFS360D will start operating. When the temperature in the DFS360 / DFS360D drops to normal temperature, the fan stops.
DFS360 AP on the USB-connected computer, the DFS360 / DFS360D device is in Standalone mode. In this mode, the ECG pattern that DFS360 / DFS360D automatically plays is NSR at 5 mV, 80 BPM. Calibration and Validation It is recommended to calibrate DFS360 / DFS360D annually. Calibration and validation both require traceable equipment.
2. Ensure the USB cable and the AED cable are not entangled with each other. (Please refer to sec. 3.5.1 for detailed information.) 3. Ensure good airflow around the ventilation holes of the DFS360 / DFS360D. 4. Follow color code and/or labeling when connecting the DFS360 / DFS360D and AED / defibrillator via AED cable.
