8. Changing the language (keyboards only)
The 39xx series keyboards enable the selection of one of two languages. The standard options are
Polish and English. You can upload one of the languages instead of Polish:

•
French
•
Italian
•
Lithuanian
•
Hungarian
To upload a new language, use ResidentsList software. From "Tools" menu, select "send language
file" and point to the language file stored on your computer (the latest version is available at:
http://www.kdc3000.proel.pl/KDC3900/Plik%20językowy/)
After selecting the file, the program will ask about the language to be sent.
8.1. Modifying the language file and displaying presentation screens (keyboard
only)
The installer has a possibility to influence the language file content, in particular the content of
messages displayed on the main screen. By modifying the language file it is possible to force the
image to be displayed on the main screen.
To edit the language file use any text editor (e.g. Notepad++). Instructions for making changes are
included at the beginning of language file.
If you use images, they must be saved as BMP, monochromatic, 128x64 resolution. The file should
be placed on a microSD card.
9. Graphical programming (keyboards only)
For simple installations (single KDC3905 keyboards), the configuration of device will be limited to
graphical programming. All basic settings (including lock settings) and editing the residents list are
available here. To enter the programming of keyboard (3905 and 3915) it is necessary to follow
the instructions:

Enter the standard code "240360"
•
Enter the installer code (standard "0000")
•
Keyboard will display the main menu
In order to enter individual submenus, use buttons
