2. Click Install. The InstallShield wizard prepares the installation.
Note - If you start the installation on a computer that has a network
connection but no access to Internet, the PointsecForPC.msi file can
be slow in starting. The PointsecForPC.msi file is signed with a digital
signature for security, and when this file starts, Windows attempts to
reach the publisher's Certificate Revocation List (CRL) to see if the .exe
file's certificate has been revoked. If the CRL cannot be reached via the
network connection, it takes a long time for the PointsecForPC.msi to
start.
To circumvent this delay, open Internet Explorer, select Tools →
Internet Properties or Internet Options (depending on the version).
Click the Advanced tab. In the Settings window, scroll down to the
heading Security and clear the Check for publisher's certificate
revocation check box. Click OK.
The License Information dialog box opens:
3. Click Accept. (If you do not accept the license agreement, you cannot
proceed.) The ReadMe dialog box opens:
