Troubleshooting

7.1 General information

SYMPTOMS
Display OFF
System and data display

The unit cannot be

SOLUTIONS
Check the AUTO-OFF display in the
Fixture Setup
Check :
• power
• thermal protection
• the power supply connector must
be properly interlocked
Failure details are available in Fixture Setup
Check data signal
Check cabling and data
connectors
Check the DMX address
The value must be at 0 in order to have the
light intensity dimmed
All the units must have the same mode
Local values must be at zero
Section 4.1.2
Check that the selected mode allows the
strobe function
Control channel must be higher than 0
