components is given in this leaflet. If any components are missing, please contact the retailer
from whom you bought this product.
This product takes approximately 35 MINUTES
to assemble with 2 PEOPLE. The fittings pack
contains SMALL ITEMS which should be KEPT
AWAY FROM YOUNG CHILDREN. Read this
leaflet in full before commencing assembly.

    GCO40MK CONNECTING THE GAS CYLINDER WARNING INFORMATION There are two different types of gas that can be used on your gas BBQ - Read this Operating Manual before use depending on where you live, that being either butane or propane gas.

  • Page 20 GCO40MK STEP 9 Attach Side Shelf - Right (11) to right-hand side of Cooking Frame (4) from the inside using Bolts (B) and Washers (C). Note: Washers (C) are domed and bottom of dome should be facing the cooking frame. Now further secure Side Shelf - Right (11) from the outside using Bolts (B).
  • Page 21 GCO40MK STEP 10 Attach Side Shelf - Left (12) to left-hand side of Cooking Frame (4) from the inside using Bolts (B) and Washers (C). Note: Washers (C) are domed and bottom of dome should be facing the cooking frame. Now further secure Side Shelf - Left (12) from the outside using Bolts (B). All bolts should be left loose to allow you to line up the holes easier, before tightening once Side Shelf is in place.
  • Page 22 Attach Bottle Opener (21) to front of Control Panel using Bolts (D). Hook Grillstream Fat Cup (20) over holes in Cooking Frame (4). This should be located directly below the spout of Fat Channel (17) to catch fat and meat juices channelled from the Grillstream system.
  • Page 23 GCO40MK STEP 12 Attach Grease Cup Bracket (14) to underside of Grease Tray (13) using Bolts (A). Place Grease Cup (15) inside Grease Cup Bracket (14) and then slide underneath Cooking Frame ensuring it is level and on top of runners.
  • Page 24 GCO40MK STEP 13 Attach Gas Connection Bracket to rear side of Condiment Rack (9) using Bolt (A). Note: The Gas Connection Bracket and Hose will be attached behind the Control Panel via cable tie(s), please cut the cable tie(s) carefully to avoid damaging the components behind the Control Panel.
  • Page 25 Place Grillstream Grills (18) into Cooking Frame. Leg tabs from bottom Grillstream Grills and Grillstream Gastro Grills should rest on lip at back of Cooking Frame with the logo tab at the front. Top Grillstream Grills should sit directly on top of the bottom Grills.

    GCO40MK TESTING YOUR BBQ TESTING FOR LEAKS - DO THIS BEFORE USING YOUR BBQ. Note - Do not test for gas leaks with an open flame. If you smell gas, turn off at the source. Before first use, at the beginning of each new season, or whenever a gas cylinder is changed, you must check for gas leaks.
