Allow oven to preheat to desired temperature before
placing food in oven .
Choose pan sizes that will permit at least 2" of air
space .
Allow oven to preheat to the selected temperature
before placing food in the oven .

Set oven temperature 25°F (13°C) lower than recom-
mended .
