SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The operator of this equipment must read the safety instructions before attempting to operate
the equipment.

Keep away from raise/lower
shaft in hull unit when the
shaft is moving.
Gears in hull unit will cause
serious injury.

Only qualified personnel are allowed to

Fire, electrical shock or serious injury can
result.
Do not operate the equipment with
wet hands.
Electrical shock may result.
Do not install the equipment where it
may be subject to rain or water splash.
Fire or electrical shock can result if water
leaks in the equipment.

switchboard if water leaks into the
equipment or something is dropped
into the equipment.
Continued use of the equipment can
cause fire or electrical shock. Contact a
FURUNO agent for service.

switchboard if the equipment is
emitting smoke or fire.
Continued use of the equipment can
cause fire or electrical shock. Contact a
FURUNO agent for service.
Do no place liquid-filled containers on
the equipment.
Fire or electrical shock can result if
something spills into the equipment.
Turn off the power immediately
if water leaks into the equipment or
something is dropped into the equip-
ment.
Fire or electrical shock can result if the
power is not turned off.
Use the correct fuse.
Fire or bodily injury can result if the
wrong fuse is used.
