Timer and countdown

7.5.1 Timer

The purpose of the [Status] button is to activate /deactivate the ramp
function.
Slide switch set to [Off]: The ramp function is not active.
Slide switch set to [On]: The ramp function is started immedi-
ately.
When the ramp function is executed, Active appears on the
[Ramp] tile.
CAUTION!
Automatic device start with the timer

Before using the timer, ensure that all preparatory meas-
ures for intended use have been implemented!
The constant temperature equipment can be set to carry out one of the
following actions at any predefined time via the timer:
Activate the constant temperature equipment's operating mode
( Standby / Operation )
Start one of the programs saved in the programmer.
The [Timer] tile shows the name of the action and the programmed times.
The names of actions have the following meaning:
Action
Description
-----
This display indicates a weekly schedule for which
no action to be performed has been defined.
Start
When the set time period expires, the timer
switches the constant temperature equipment's
operating mode from Standby to Operation .
Standby
When the set time period expires, the timer
switches the constant temperature equipment's
operating mode from Operation to Standby .
< Program >
When the set time period expires, the timer starts
the program for which the name is indicated on the
tile.
You can program the following time periods for the timer:
Weekly schedule 1 and 2: The action is started at a specific time in the
weekly rhythm (from Monday to Sunday).
Time absolute 1 and 2: The action is started at the given time (date,
time).
Time relative 1 and 2: The action is started after the given time expires.
