Butter sprayer

Ingredients:
2/
cup pumpkin purée
½ cup almond milk
3
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp allspice
2 tbsp organic, plant-based protein powder
1 egg
½ tsp baking powder
1 cup gluten-free oats
butter
Directions:
1.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
2.
Scoop out ¼ cup of batter and cook in a pan or on a griddle. Cook
until the pancake is ready.
3.
Spray pancakes with the Butter Sprayer and serve with maple syrup
and nuts, if desired.
