Overview The AT-BRPS8000 Redundant Power Supply can supply 150 watts of backup power to an AT-8324SX Fast Ethernet Switch in the event of an AC power loss or the failure of the switch’s internal power supply. Caution The AT-BRPS8000 unit is designed for the AT-8324SX Fast Ethernet Switch only. -

Reviewing Safety Guidelines Please review the following safety guidelines before you begin to install the stacking module. Warning Electric Shock Hazard: To prevent electric shock, do not remove the cover. There are no user-serviceable parts inside. The unit contains hazardous voltages and should only be opened by a trained and qualified technician. -

Do not install the unit on the floor. The case is not waterproof. Caution Do not connect the AT-BRPS8000 unit to an AC power source until the DC backup power cord has been connected to the AT-8324SX switch. To install the unit, perform the following procedure: Remove the AT-BRPS8000 unit from the shipping container and store the shipping material in a safe location. -
