4. Confirm that the following window is displayed. Click the "Display a list of the known drivers
for this device so that I can choose a specific driver" radio button to select it and then click
the "Next >" button.
5. In the following window, select "HAMAMATSU USB Camera Module" from the "Models:" list
box, click the "Show compatible hardware" radio button to select it and then click the "Next
>" button.
