Problem
Copies are not in correct or-
der.
When using 1 Sided Com-
bine or 2 Sided Combine,
copy is made Top to Bot-
tom even though From Left
to Right is selected.
❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ Stamp
Problem
The stamp position is
wrong.
Nothing is stamped.
The stamp text in back side
copy is not stamped in Du-
plex mode.

When Memory Is Full

Message
Memory is full. ## originals
have been scanned.
Press [Print] to copy scanned
originals.
Do not remove remaining
originals.
Note
❒ Copying will stop and this
message will be displayed
when memory is full.
Press [Continue] to continue
printing.
[Stop] [Continue]
Causes
You placed the originals in
the incorrect order.
The orientation of the orig-
inals is incorrect.
Causes
The paper orientation is
wrong.
The stamp size is larger
than the paper size.
The back side stamp posi-
tion is incorrect with the
paper size.
Causes
The scanned original exceeds
the number of pages that can
be stored in memory.
The machine checks if the re-
maining original should be
copied, after the scanned orig-
inal has been printed.
If You Cannot Make Copies As You Want
Solutions
When placing a stack of originals in
the ADF, the last page should be on
the bottom.
If you are placing originals on the
exposure glass, start with the first
page to be copied.
Place the originals in the correct ori-
entation. See p.10 "Original Orienta-
tion" .
Solutions
Check the paper orientation and
stamp position.
Set the stamp size appropriately.
Reset the back side stamp position.
See p.138 "Back Side Stamp Position
in Duplex".
Solutions & Reference
Press [Output] to copy scanned
originals and clear the scan-
ning data. Press [Print Inquiry
List] to clear the scanning data
and not copy.
To continue copying, remove
all copies, then press [Contin-
ue]. To stop copying, press
[Stop].
