Search Audio Device

With the Bluetooth Settings > Search Audio
Device option, you can execute the phone
search for available audio devices within
transmission range. The devices are then
displayed on the screen.
To connect a Bluetooth Headset to your phone
for the rst time:
1. Turn on the Bluetooth Headphone, and
then click Bluetooth Settings > Search
Audio Device, and press OK.
2. Once the Headset is detected, it is shown
on the list of Audio devices to choose
from. Click Pair to pair the headphones
with your phone. You will be asked to
put in a Bluetooth code to successfully
complete the coding. The default Code for
your phone is 1234.
If you select Manual, a list of available
networks appears.
3. Highlight the desired network, then select
OK.
NOTE: This option may require a password. The default
password, 1234, to access this setting.

My Device

With this option, you can connect other devices
to your phone, for example a Bluetooth
headset. Select Bluetooth Settings > My
Device and press the enter key, then press
Option. By pressing Search New Device, you
can let the phone search for available Bluetooth
devices and select the one you wish to connect
to from the list that is displayed once the search
has nished. By pressing Option and Connect,
you connect the phone with the new device.
Settings
With the Bluetooth Settings > Settings option,
you can determine whether or not the phone
can be detected by other Bluetooth devices
(Visibility), you can change the Bluetooth device
of the phone, turn Bluetooth authenti cation on
or off, and determine whether or not you want
to set the phone audio path to the headset or
leave the audio to the handset.

Disconnect Device

To disconnect the phone from other Bluetooth
devices, go to Bluetooth Settings >
Disconnect Device, then press the enter
button, and the connection will be terminated.

Security Settings

The Security Settings menu contains features
to prevent information from being accessed
or calls being charged to your account. There
are password features to protect both your
phone and your SIM card in case of loss, theft,
or unauthorized use. You can also control the
numbers dialed from the phone with Barred
Dial.
Security features include SIM Lock, Phone Lock
Code, Auto Keypad Lock, Fixed Dial, Barred
Dial, and Change Password.
