OPERATION
Speed is reduced by 1 mph
(1.6 km/h) each time the but-
ton is pressed.
Press button 1 back and hold.
The speed is reduced continu-
ously.
If button 1 is no longer
pressed, the speed reached is
maintained and saved.
Deactivating the adaptive
cruise control
Actuate the brakes, coupling
or throttle grip (ease the
throttle beyond the default
setting) to deactivate the
adaptive cruise control.
The indicator light for adap-
tive cruise control goes out.
Resuming previous cruising
speed
Briefly push button 1 back
to return to the speed saved
beforehand.
Cruise control is not de-
activated by accelerating.
If you release the throttle grip,
the motorcycle will deceler-
ate only to the cruising speed
saved in memory, even though
you might have wanted to slow
down to a lower speed.
The indicator light for
adaptive cruise control
illuminates.
