    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS CHARGING THE BATTERY 1. Connect the power cord to the Charger 144-CHR-LI and to an AC outlet. The LED Lamp blinks in Red [STAND BY] NOTE: The rated input voltage for this unit is 100V-240V. Use of Battery voltages over 260V will result in damage to the charger.
