Troubleshooting

Problem
The compressor makes
a buzzing noise.
The LED displays
POUR.
The LED displays FULL.
There is no display on
the LED.
The ice cubes are fusing
together.
Water is not freezing
during normal
ice-making cycle.
Possible Causes
The voltage supply is
less than required. This
unit requires a minimum
of 120 volts.
This is no water, or the
water level is too low.
The strainer is blocked.
There is too much ice.
The temperature is too
low.
The fuse is blown.
Too great an ice-cube
thickness was chosen.
The water temperature
in the storage tank is too
low.
Refrigerant leaks. There
is a blockage in the
refrigerating system.

Solution
Stop the ice maker.
Make sure the voltage is
120 and restart.
Fill with water.
Clean the strainer.
Remove some ice.
Place the ice maker in a
warmer place.
Contact Customer
Service.
Stop the machine and
reset the ice-cube
thickness. Start the
machine after the ice
block melts.
Replace the water in the
storage tank. The
suggested water
temperature is
45ºF-77ºF (7ºC-25ºC).
