Remove and reseat the
DIMMs (see Chapter 4) and
then reboot the system. If
the problem persists, replace
the system board.
Check the keyboard cable
and connector for proper
connection. If the problem
persists, run the Keyboard
Test Group in the system
diagnostics to determine
whether the keyboard or
keyboard controller is
faulty.
Remove and reseat the
DIMMs. If the problem per-
sists, replace the system
board.
Remove and reseat the
DIMMs. If the problem per-
sists, run the RAM Test
Group in the system diag-
nostics. If the problem still
persists, replace the system
board.
Run the System Set Test
Group in the system diag-
nostics to isolate the prob-
lem.
Check the DIMMs to ensure
that they are properly
seated. If the problem per-
sists, run the RAM Test
Group in the system diag-
nostics.
Ensure that all expansion
cards are properly seated,
and then reboot the system.
Replace the system board.
