C. Check "Operation selector" switch in the indoor unit.
: In case of wireless remote control unit
• Has "Operation selector"
switch been set to ON
position ?
Set "Operation selector"
switch to ON.
Switch Ass'y or P.C.B.
Ass'y in the indoor unit
is defective.
D. Check compressor motor protectors.
a)
High pressure switch (63PH)
• Check high pressure switch.
Does high pressure switch
actuate ?
• Is outdoor heat exchanger
coil dirty or are there
obstacles near air suction
inlet of outdoor unit ?
• Check if outdoor fan rotates.
Refer to "Only outdoor fan
does not run."
b)
Compressor motor overcurrent relay (51C)
• Check compressor motor
overcurrent relay. (51C)
Does it actuate ?
• Check power supply voltage.
Is voltage 90% or less of
rated voltage ?
• Following causes may be considered.
Locked rotor of compressor.
Overcharged refrigerant.
Air shortage of outdoor unit ventilation.
Obstacles in front of outdoor unit.
