Problem
You cannot use the

Possible Cause
The handset will not function
during a power failure because the
CS stops emitting radio waves.
The headset ringer cannot be
heard when receiving an incoming
call when the headset is attached.
The Bluetooth headset tone is a
specific tone and is not related to
the Incoming Option settings
(Ringer Type).
Nearby electrical appliances are
causing interference, or you are
too far from the CS.
The radio signal is weak.
The battery charge contacts may
be dirty.
It is time to change the battery.
These are normal conditions.
The handset is out of range.
The CS or phone service is out of
service.
The temperature of the battery
being charged is outside of normal
limits.
Solution

Make sure the headset ringer
setting is set to "On".

Place the handset and CS away
from other electrical appliances.

Move closer to the CS.

handset is being charged is between
