Loosen 2 and remove one set screws
from the plate on motor as shown in
illustration. Keep screw.

Plate on motor
Place light pan over lead wires

Connect white wire from fan to white wire
from LED light fixture and then connect
blue (or black) wire from fan to blue (or
black) wire from LED light fixture.
Note
: If you don't want to install the
fan with LED light, go to step 26 for
blanking plate installation.

Install the light pan. Align its key holes
with the set screws on the plate and
reinstall the screw removed in step 18.
Tighten screws securely.

Caution
: Corresponding to next
installation step, tuck the lead wires into
the light pan as shown in illustration and
make sure the light lead wires are not
pinched between the light pan and the
LED light fixture.
