Using the basic controls of the console, you can adjust
the speed and incline of the INCLINE TRAINER with a
touch of a button. As you exercise, the console will
provide continuous feedback of the incline level, the

burned, and the speed of the walking belt. You can
even measure your heart rate using the built-in pulse
