Problem
The appliance does
not heat up.

Possible cause
There is a connection problem.
You have not switched on the
appliance.
The steamer has not heated up
sufficiently.

Solution
Check the mains plug and the wall
socket.
Press the on/off button to switch on
the appliance.
Let the appliance heat up for approx.
2 minutes.
