Each of the recommendations must be followed to ensure the utmost solidity. Security Rules Warning: Keep flame and heat sources away from the gazebo fabric. The fabric may burn if it is exposed to prolonged contact with a source of heat.
  • Page 3 Care : Avoid using a pressure washer. The use of a mild soap with warm water is the best solution for the frame only. A clear water rinse is necessary then. Never use soap on fabric, this will reduce their durability, consequently their lifespan and general look.

  • Page 9 Step 1: Install a base flange (O) to the bottom of a post (A) using bolts (LL). Repeat the step for all other posts. Step 2: Join crossbars (B) and (C) by using connector (U) and bolts (UU).
  • Page 10 Step 3: Join crossbars (D) and (E) by the use of connector (U) and bolts (UU). Take care to fix at middle point a bracket (V) using a bolt (UU). Step 4: As shown, fix the crossbars assembly (B)/(C) and (D)/(E) to posts (A) by using bolts (WW).
  • Page 11 Step 5: As shown, fix the braces (F) to posts (A) and crossbars assembly (B)/(C) and (D)/(E) by using bolts (UU). Step 6: As shown, fix at appropriate location corner moulding (W) by using self tapping screws (XX).
  • Page 12 Step 7: Join two central connector (X) to a central support (Y). Just push tubes until spring pins makes a ‘’ c lick’’ sound. Step 8: Repeat same procedure to fix corner roof tubes (G) and roof tubes (H) as shown.
  • Page 13 Step 9: Lay down the last assembly on the gazebo main frame and fix tubes ends by using bolts and nuts (VV). Step 10: Fix the roof tube (L), (J), (I) and (K) to corner roof tubes (G) by using brackets (DD) and bolts (UU) as shown.
  • Page 14 Step 11: Join two central connector (X) to a central support (Y). Just push tubes until spring pins makes a ‘’ c lick’’ sound. Step 12: Repeat same procedure to fix roof tubes (M) and (N) as shown.
  • Page 15 Step 13: Fix the roof spacer (BB) under this last assembly by covering and screwing the roof cap (Z) on. Lay down this assembly over the first central connector (X) fitted with (G) corner roof tubes. Fix by using the hook (AA) as shown.
  • Page 16 Step 15: Insert small support crossbar (Q) on pins of bracket (DD).
  • Page 17 **Fixing the roof panels : To avoid the roof panels to slide down, follow these 3 steps combined for each panel.** Step 16: Insert roof panels (FF), (GG) and (HH) into the groove of roof tubes (M) and (N).
  • Page 18 Step 17: As illustrated, insert roof edges (P) and (O) at the ends of roof panels of the small roof. Step 18: As illustrated fix the roof corner brackets (SS) and side roof brackets (TT) by using (UU) bolts. In order not to damage inserts, do not over tighten the bolts.
  • Page 19 Step 19: As illustrated, install brackets (EE) to roof tubes (H), (I) and (J) by using bolts (UU). Step 20: Insert small support crossbars (S) on pins of brackets (EE) and (DD) as shown.

  • Page 21 Step 21: Insert roof panels (II), (JJ), (KK), (LL) and (MM) into the groove of roof tubes as shown. Step 22: As shown, insert roof edges (R) at ends of roof panels.
  • Page 22 Step 23: Secure roof panels by using corner roof brackets (SS) and side roof brackets (TT) with bolts (UU). In order not to damage inserts, do not over tighten the bolts. Step 24: Fix mosquito net (PP) to the small roof.
  • Page 23 Step 25: Hang up the curtain hooks (NN) into the loops of the curtain (RR) and slide these hooks into the external rail of the (B)/(C) and (D)/(E) crossbars. Step 26: Hang up the curtains hooks (NN) into the mosquito net loops (QQ) and insert these hooks into the inside rail of the (B)/(C) and (D)/(E) crossbars.
  • Page 24 Step 27: Then insert the hook stoppers (OO) at ends of rail of (B)/(C) and (D)/(E) crossbars. Step 28: Use the stakes (YY) for ground fixing. Take note the anchoring devices to use may vary with ground status. Additional anchoring devices are not provided.
