Force an App or a Service to Close
If closing apps in the ways just described doesn't solve the problems your Galaxy Note 4 is exhibiting,
you may need to force an app or a service to close. This is an action you should take only to resolve
problems, not as a regular move.
To force an app or service to close, follow these steps:
1. On the Apps screen, tap Settings to open the Settings app.
2. Tap the Applications tab.
3. Tap Application Manager to display the Application Manager screen.
