Your Galaxy Note 4 has two email programs: the Gmail app, which works with Gmail, POP3, and
IMAP email accounts, and the Email app that works with POP3, IMAP, and Microsoft Exchange
(corporate email) accounts.
Gmail
When you first set up your Galaxy Note 4, you set up a Gmail account. The Gmail application enables
you to have multiple Gmail accounts, which is useful if you have a business account and a personal
account. If you don't want to add a second Gmail account, you can skip this section.
Add a Google Account
When you first set up your Galaxy Note 4, you added your first Google (Gmail) account, but you might
have other Gmail accounts that you'd also like to access through your Galaxy Note 4. The following
steps describe how to add a second account.
1. Pull down the Notification bar and tap the Settings icon.
2. Tap Accounts under the User and Backup section.
