While on a call you can do a few additional things if you tap the Menu icon. You can put the call
on hold; open your contacts; write an Action Memo using your S Pen and send it to the caller
using MMS; send a regular text message to the caller; personalize the sound of the call; and boost
the volume of the caller's voice.
Reject a Call
If you do not want to accept the call, you can reject it so that it goes to your voicemail.
1. When the phone rings, swipe the red phone icon to the left to reject the call.
