The mute at the power-off status of machine is realized in this way: when the machine is turned on,
C292 16V 470UF will be charged and when the machine is turned off, +12V will become 0V, C292
and C391 will discharge to open V16 and V15 so as to reduce the level of N12 Pin 5.
The mute at the power-on status of this machine results from the fact that C292 and C391 capacitors
cannot be rapidly and completely filled and thus the voltage at N12 Pin 5 cannot be established
neither.
HDMI signal processing
One route HDMI signal processing or two routes HDMT input can be adopted. A switch is needed.
TI's TMDS341 can be used, which is a three-port switch, with each port supporting four TMDS
channels, one hot plug detector and one I2C interface and capable of realizing signal regulation and
ON/OFF. Each TMDS channel has a transmission rate as high as 1.65 Gbps. TMDS341 can provide
8 dB fixed input balance and optional 3 dB output de-emphasis function, thus optimizing the system
performance of DVI standard cable longer than 5m.
The signal is input from the socket P2 to N2, where the level switching is conducted and four groups
of signals are output from Pin 15 and Pin 16 (HDMI SCL/SDL), Pin 18 (5V supply) and Pin 19 (hot
plug) to U8 Pins 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 1, 2, 14 and 15. HDMI signal comes from P2 socket and the
connecting bus is provided with a 5.6V protective diode.
(C) Record & Play Circuit
