YPBPR signal input
YPBPR input video signals from XS1B will go respectively from PB+- into Pin 41 and Pin 42, SOY
into Pin 43, Y+- into Pin 44 and Pin 45 and PR+- into Pin 46 and Pin 47.
S-VIDEO
S video signal is input from the socket XS3A, with C signal from Pin 1 and Y signal from Pin 2. C
signal is coupled at C157 and output to U8 Pin 48 and Y signal is coupled at C158 and output to U8
Pin 49 and to the module.
The S video audio signal is multiplexed with AV1 audio signal.
CVBS input
One route is the CVBS signal obtained through the processing in the high and medium frequency
amplifier, which is output from U5 Pin 17 and input via R55, V20, C166 to U8 Pin 57 and Pin 58 in
a balanced way.
Mute circuit
The mute circuit of this machine is basically the same as that in Series 33 machines.
The circuit is composed of V13, V14 and V36 and the action process is as follows: AMP MUTE
control signal output from MSTAR Pin 185 control the V36 B pole by low-level, V36 is then
blocked and V13 and V14 are opened to short-circuit the audio excitation signal to the earth and the
other signal control V15 opens N12 Pin 5 to reduce the level, thereby achieving a mute effect. The
high level U8 Pin 185 has sound.
In switching between channels, CPU will send out a low level to control N12, making it mute at this
time.
