    Powder Reagents The powder reagents provided with this product are prepared based on the diethyl-p-phenylenediamine method, a test method used in hygienic chemistry. When a pack of powder reagent is added to test water such as tap water or pool water that contains free residual chlorine, it is colored to between light reddish purple and dark reddish purple.

    User Calibration Mode This product is pre-programmed with a concentration conversion equation before shipment from the factory. Normally, this equation can be used as it is. However, configure a setting in this mode when frequently measuring special samples or when you want to perform measurement using your own setting.

    Inspections and Maintenance To maintain product performance and prolong its service life, perform routine maintenance and inspections as required. Inspections Battery compartment (batteries) If the product is not operated with the batteries left inside the compartment, overdischarge may occur, resulting in liquid leakage.
