Adding Outputs
About Adding Outputs
Administrators, owners and editors can
Add Outputs
to a conference once it has
completed.
Why would you do this?
The original recording may not contain
the correct outputs needed by your users
or a request is made for a format that
was not created and so you add it to the
conference.
Read the
Template Editor
section of this
Manual as to how to use this screen.
Some things to note when Adding
Outputs:
•
The original Layout cannot be changed
•
Only 2 sizes can be chosen for Viewer
and Download
•
Only on-demand outputs will be
created
•
The total number of outputs can
exceed the 6 when the Conference is
created
•
Adding Outputs will put an added load
on the TANDBERG Content Server
•
The Conference Outputs will be added
into the Offline Transcoding Queue
for processing and will start when all
the preceding Conferences have been
processed.
