8.1 Replacing the Illumination
Lamp
Call the Authorized Service when the Bulb/
LED used for lighting in your refrigerator will
be replaced.
Lamp(s) used in this appliance cannot be
used for house lighting. Intended use of this
lamp is to help the user place food into the
refrigerator / freezer safely and comfortably.

8.2 Door Open Alert

An audible alert will be heard if the product's
door remains open for 1 minute. The audible
alert will stop when you close the cabinet
door or press any button on the display (if
available).
8.3 Reversing the Door Opening
Side
The door opening side of your refrigerator
can be reversed according to the place you
put it. When you need this, you should defin-
itely call the nearest Authorized Service.

8.4 Support Service Feature

Support Service is a feature which enables
you to create a request for our expert cus-
tomer representatives via a specially de-
signed button available on your white appli-
ances. After creating a request via Support
Service button, our expert customer repres-
entatives may be able to call your mobile
phone number that you have saved on
HomeWhiz application and help you for your
all questions.
Entering A Telephone Number For Sup-
port Service
To ensure that your customer representative
may call you after creating a request by
pressing and holding the Support Service

your mobile phone number via the applica-
tion. You may add or change your mobile
phone number through the communication
menu on the HomeWhiz application.
Creating A Request Via Support Service
In order to create a Support Service request,
your product needs to be connected to an
internet network.
1.
Ensure that you have an internet con-
nection on the product and you have
saved your mobile phone number via
HomeWhiz application.
2.
Press the Support Service key for 3
seconds.
3.
Support Service symbol shall start to
flash.
4.
Symbol shall constantly illuminate when
your request is delivered to the cus-
tomer representative successfully.
5.
Your customer representative shall call
you via the telephone number you have
specified on the HomeWhiz application.
6.
The symbol shall turn off when the call is
completed.
7.
In case that your request does not reach
the customer representative success-
fully, the light of the symbol will go off
after a short while. In this case, follow
the instructions at the step of
troubleshooting.
Cancelling a Request on Support Ser-
vice
If you want to cancel your Support Service
request, your request should be delivered to
the customer representative successfully
and the light of the symbol should be illumin-
ated continuously. To cancel;

 Press the Support Service key for 3
seconds.
