Select "Video" on the Home menu.
Select from the following items:

All videos stored on an inserted "Memory Stick Duo. "
Videos downloaded via the Web or transferred using the
File Transfer feature of Skype or Yahoo! Messenger ( 
page 80, 97) are saved in the "DROPBOX" folder of the
internal memory.
Videos in My Playlist (  page 137) or in playlists
transferred from a computer.
Videos in a specific folder transferred from a computer
using Windows Explorer (drag and drop).
Videos transferred from a computer using Image
Converter 2 or later or Windows Explorer (drag and
drop).
