Electrical panel maintenance

Disconnect the electrical supply from the burner
by means of the main system switch.
DANGER
 If the electrical panel requires maintenance (A)(Fig. 29) it is
possible to remove only the fan unit (B)(Fig. 29) provide bet-
ter access to the electrical components.
 With the burner open as in Fig. 29, disconnect the cables of
the electrodes and remove the head assembly 8)(Fig. 29)
unscrewing the two screws 9)(Fig. 29).
 Disconnect the fan motor cables, remove the 3 screws
10)(Fig. 29) on the protective cover and the 2 screws
11)(Fig. 29) and take out the fan unit B)(Fig. 29) from the
slide bars 4) - 5)(Fig. 29).
 Finally, you can use 2 of the 3 screws 10)(Fig. 29) to fix the
electrical panel to the pipe coupling at the points indicated in
Fig. 28, and then carry out the maintenance operations.

Opening the burner

Disconnect the electrical supply from the burner
by means of the main system switch.
DANGER
Turn off the fuel interception tap.
DANGER
Wait for the components in contact with heat
sources to cool down completely.
 Remove screw 1) and take out cover 2).
 Unscrew screw 3)
 Draw back part A keeping it slightly raised so as not to dam-
age the disc 6) on the blast tube 7)(Fig. 29).

Closing the burner

Refit following the steps described but in reverse order; refit all
burner components as they were originally assembled.
After carrying out maintenance, cleaning or
checking operations, reassemble the cover and
all the safety and protection devices of the burner.
