I connected the camera with the computer, as I have done many times before and it is not going into mass data storage and uploading my pictures. I also used the computers at the library and it did not work there either (it had worked a several times previously when I used the library computers).

Your Minolta MN40WP camera may not be entering mass data storage mode for several reasons:
1. Connection Issue – Ensure the camera is properly connected to your PC using the provided USB cable. 2. Memory Card Issue – Check if the memory card is inserted correctly and not damaged. 3. Camera Settings – Some cameras require selecting a specific mode for data transfer. Check if your camera has such an option. 4. USB Port or Cable Problem – Try using a different USB port or cable to rule out hardware issues. 5. PC Compatibility – Ensure your computer recognizes the device. If not, try restarting the computer or checking for driver updates.
If the issue persists, try removing the memory card and inserting it directly into a computer using a compatible card reader.
