Defrosting
With
«Defrost», various types of food can be defrosted quickly and gently with the mi-
crowave. A quantity selection from 100 g to 1000 g is available. After entering the de-
sired quantity, the operating time and the microwave power level are automatically adjus-
ted.
For best results, take the frozen food out of the freezer compartment and defrost immedi-
ately in the appliance. Food packaged flat rather than compact and round defrosts more
evenly.

For good defrosting results, it is important to choose the most suitable accessory.
Procedure for model V4000
▸ Place the low wire rack on the turntable and put the food to be defrosted on it.
Procedure for model V2000
▸ Put the food to be defrosted directly on the turntable.
Do not use any metal accessories in the microwave mode.

With
«Reheat», various beverages and plated meals can be warmed up or heated.
This is done through microwaves after having entered the desired quantity.

Feel the temperature of the heated objects with your hand first before removing

When heating liquids with microwaves, place a teaspoon in the vessel. Do not use
vessels with a narrow spout.
