Problem/possible cause
Garment may be the wrong size.
The covers on the adjusters are no longer sticking to the self-fastening tabs.
The covers have been detached too many
times from the self-fastening tabs.
Noise or airflow coming from the tube.
A small amount of airflow near the green
connector is intentional and necessary.
The Bluetooth indicator light is constantly white. I cannot pair to my machine.
Bluetooth is disabled.
The light above the Start/Stop button is flashing green.
An error has occurred on the machine.
Solution
Please contact customer support, several
sizes are available for the garment.
Please contact customer support.
If a large amount of air is coming out from
another location, please contact customer
support.
Press the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds.
When the Bluetooth indicator light flashes
blue, the machine is ready for pairing.
Unplug your machine. Wait a few seconds
and then plug it back in.
If the problem persists, contact customer
support. Do not open the machine or
attempt to service it on your own.
