3. Locate the main control board (PCB towards the rear of the electronics bay). 4. Locate the (5) motor connectors on the edge of the board closest to you. These have 4 wires each.

5. Make sure the connectors are all firmly plugged in. Make sure they're fully seated, square, and not cocked 6. If needed, you can remove the connectors one at a time, and re-seat them. 7. Also make sure none of the pins in the connectors are coming out.

8. Now check the motor ends of the connectors. To see the X and Y motors you will need to remove the Rear service panel (see "accessing the printer for maintenance" for more info). These can be difficult to completely remove. But it's easier to use a soft tool like a black stick to make sure the connector is fully seated and all the pins look ok.

9. Check the extruder and Z axis connectors as well.
