Exposure blocked after switching to CR

The exposure is set to CR using the DR Detector Switch. Expo-
sure is blocked.
The X-ray generator console is not automatically set to free ex-
posure. This situation applies only to Siemens generators.
On the X-ray generator console, select free exposure. Perform
the CR exposure.
