4. Checks before use:

4.1 Remove the transport safety plates.

In order to protect the generator from possible sudden movements or strokes
during transport, the engine is fixed to the structure with two angled plates.
Before the starting of generator, remove these angled plates. Thus, the rubber
silent blocks can ensure the correct vibration of the motor (see the figure below).
NOTE: if the plates are not removed, the generator can have significant
damages due to the rigidity and the lack of vibration during the running. This kind
of damage is not covered by the warranty.

4.2 Battery connections (models with electric start).

1 On the main control panel, press the emergency stop button.
2 Find the battery connection cables and connect, pressing the connector until
you feel a "click", according to the figure below.
