5. The engine starting:

5.1 The electrical starting (Except BAQUEIRA RC)

1 On the main control panel, check if the emergency stop button is not
pressed. Otherwise, the engine will not start.
2 Disconnect all equipment from generator or ensure that its switch is in the
OFF position. The starting of the generator has to be done without
equipment connected.
3 Turn the start button (DIAL) to the CHOKE position, according to the figure
below:
4 Press the center part of the DIAL (START) to start the engine, according to
the figure below.
NOTE: If the engine does not start in 3 or 4 seconds, release the start button
(DIAL) and wait a few seconds to try again. Otherwise, it may overheat and
damage the starter motor.
