- Page 3 Assembly Instruction Steps: 1. Align the side rails perpendicularly (C2/C3 ) to the headboard (C1). Insert and tighten Thread stud bolts (B) in the insert nut on the headboard (C1) . Insert wooden dowel (D) in the pre- holes on side rail (C2/C3) 2.

Position the central leg (C4B) under the central rail ( C4 A) then attach the center support rail (C4) to Headboard .The adjustable leveler underneath the central leg can accommodate uneven flooring 4.
