- Page 4 Attach Mounting Panel (E) to the Posts (D) by using 4 Medium Bolts (H), 4 Spring Washers (J) and 4 Flat Washers (K). Tighten with Allen Key (L) (See Fig.2). Repeat this operation for the remaining Mounting Panel and Posts. Fig.
