a. Remove the screwdriver (or other object) used to hold the cam in figure 1.
b. Pushing the roller holder assembly fully to the top of the machine should cause the cam to move
forward. The roller holder assembly should remain locked in the UP position.
c. Pushing the cam toward the back of the machine should cause the roller holder assembly to drop.
The cam should remain in this position.
d. If this behavior is observed, the repair is successful. Secure the frame assembly with the three
screws removed in figure 6. Proceed with reassembly of the machine. LEAVE THE CAM
ASSEMBLY PUSHED TOWARDS THE REAR OF THE MACHINE.
e. If the machine does NOT behave as described, the lift arm is not in the correct position. Repeat the
procedure, beginning with step 5. IT IS NOT NESSCARY TO COMPLETELY REMOVE THE
ASSEMBLY FROM THE MACHINE – SIMPLY SLIDE IT TO THE RIGHT.
Note: Check the bush 7 holder, to make sure it is installed properly and did not clip off.
11. Now you can finish reassembling the machine in reverse order.
