Once the testing has been completed, use
"7700 Relay test" back to "No test" and the heater will revert
back to normal control of the outputs.

This function is used to test all non safety inputs and outputs
going to and from the controls. Useful in confi rming operation
of external items, such as the Q4 circulation pump.
