Attaching the Lens Cap and Strap

Be sure to attach the lens cap and strap to the camera before using it.
. Attaching the Lens Cap
Always keep the lens cap on the
lens whenever you are not using
the camera. Always leave the lens
cap on the lens when the camera is
turned off and the lens is retracted.
• Attach the lens cap holder to the
strap or the strap ring. This
protects against accidental loss
of the lens cap.
• Never turn on camera power with
the lens cap affixed to the lens.
