Symptom
Indicator lamps continue flashing
Error code appears and begins with the
letters, as shown below in window display
of the indoor unit:
• EH(xx), EL(xx), EC(xx)
• PC(xx)
Indoor Unit Error Display
When the indoor unit encounters a recognized error, the operation lamp will flash in a corresponding series,
the timer lamp may turn on or begin flashing, and an error code will be displayed. These error codes are
described in the table below:

The error codes above and descriptions on the following pages are for reference only. DO NOT
attempt these repairs yourself, as doing this could cause personal injury, damage to your unit,
and/or void the warranty. Should your unit display any of the error codes above, turn off the unit
and contact a qualified service technician to investigate the matter further.

Indoor unit EEPROM parameter error.
Indoor / outdoor unit communication error.
Zero-crossing signal detection error (for some models).
The indoor fan speed is operating outside of the normal range.
Outdoor unit EEPROM parameter error (for some models).
Condenser coil temperature sensor T3 is in open circuit or has short circuited.
Outdoor room temperature sensor T4 is in open circuit or has short circuited.
Compressor discharge temperature sensor TP is in open circuit or has
short circuited.
Evaporator coil outlet temperature sensor T2B is in open circuit or has short
circuited (for free-match indoor units).
Indoor room temperature sensor T1 is in open circuit or has short circuited.
Evaporator coil temperature sensor T2 is in open circuit or has short circuited.
The outdoor fan speed is operating outside of the normal range (for some
models).
Indoor PCB / Display board communication error.
Refrigerant leak detected.
IPM malfunction or IGBT over-strong current protection.
Over voltage or over low voltage protection.
High temperature protection of IPM module or high pressure protection (for
some models).
Inverter compressor drive error.
Current overload protection (for some models).
Low pressure protection (for some models).

Indoor units mode conflict (match with multi outdoor unit).
The unit may stop operation or continue to run
safely. If the indicator lamps continue to flash or
error codes appear, wait for roughly 10 minutes. The
problem may resolve itself. If not, disconnect the
power, then connect it again. Turn the unit on. If the
problem persists, disconnect the power and contact
your nearest customer service center.
