    SURROUNDINGS Check that the work area is free from bystanders and objects before hitching or using the equipment. Otherwise, there is a risk of serious injury. Be extra careful if there are children in the vicinity of the area where the equipment or product is used or stored. Check that there are no low-hanging electrical cables within the work area.

    Only those who understand the safety instructions and the operating manual may use the equipment or product. Exercise caution and care when working with the equipment or prod- uct, and only use it as described in the instruction manual. There is a risk of crushing when working with equipment that has moving parts. Exercise cau- tion when working with equipment with hydraulic hoses, as oil under pressure can penetrate the skin.

    WARNING DECALS Make sure warning decals are always visible and clean them when necessary. Do not use a high-pressure washer directly on the warning decal.     ASSEMBLY Remove all packaging and check that all parts are present, see previous page. Due to the weight of the floor and the components, it is recommended that at least two peo- ple work together to assemble it. Be careful when assembling, be aware of the risks it entails and ensure that the parts are stable and cannot overturn or fall down when the trailer is raised.

It is important • that you ensure that the floor cannot drop down! Connect electric cables to a 12V battery in order to start the hydraulics.

    BATTERY BOX OPTIONS: 250 mm 23-TV10HBB BATTERY BOX FOR TIPPING TRAILER Protect the battery by storing it in the battery box. The battery box is mounted onto the trailer's drawbar. Make sure that the drawbar is secured and no body parts are between the drawbar and the ground.

    OPTIONS: EXTENSION FLAPS 500 mm 23-TV10HFL2 Extension flaps for 23-TV10. As of November 2021, they will be delivered in a galvanised finish. Fitting is the same. 23-TV10HFL EXTENSION FLAPS FOR 23-TV10 Increase the load volume with steel mesh extension flaps. Fitted to the trailer's existing sides by drilling a hole in the flaps and screwing them in place.
  • Page 29 Secure the short sides with the floor lock. Then lift the assembled gate on the trailer and mark all directions to be drilled. Lift off the gate and drill holes through the trailer’s pro- file. It is also possible to measure where the holes are to be, drill and then fit extension sides to the trailer with bolts, tighten all bolts.
